Agent Lockie 501 was shrunk by Agent Teacher 9811. I am going into the Resource Room and searching threw all the files. I am trying to find my file so I could know if I am good or bad.
We were learning to put our Mini me's in a place that we would like to spy on.

Tough Times 😢😢

Tough Times

I did have tough times to get to where I am now in learning. I know a lot more things than I did when I started school. My first tough time was when I just started school and failed in everything. My teacher was always willing to help me. To be honest, I asked for a lot of help when I started school. Then I started learning more and more each day and became smart. My other tough time was when I started school and I felt lonely in everyone. I made friends and became learning more and more things again.

On June the 1st, Room 4 made some Paneer Cheese and plastic but today I will talk about Paneer cheese. So before we started making the cheese, we had to learn the history and some other facts about cheese. There are so many cheeses in this world like Mozzarella, Cheddar and Blue Cheese which looks gross on the inside. We watched some videos about how cheese started. Here's a fact, actually the ancient Romans made cheese. So then we had morning tea. After Morning tea, we made plastic, but that's not the point. Skip lunch. After lunch, we started making the cheese, Paneer Cheese. So we started off by pouring dairy milk into a bowl. Then we put it in the microwave for 4 minutes. Then we put 2T of lemon juice into the bowl. Mostly everyone got to stir the mixture for 10 seconds each. Back in the microwave it goes for 2 minutes. BEEP!!! Now it was ready for it to go in the cheesecloth. It didn't go in as planned. After that, we put it in the fridge to make it the cheese like. Lastly it was the taste test. I tried it, it was HORRIBLE. EWW! It tasted disgusting. Everything went to plan except for the taste test.
