Halloween

HALLOWEEN

On October 31st 2018, spooky Halloween came back to the world. Everyone was excited to go Trick or Treating. I didn't go Trick or Treating because my family doesn't really believe in Halloween. All I did on Halloween was nothing. At school, we done some Halloween art. We made masks, Straw skeletons, bats, Day of the dead skeletons and more! We played Halloween Bingo, I dominated in it because I won the first 2 rounds of bingo. If you won, you got lollies.

Twilight Athletics

On Tuesday afternoon, Blaketown School done Twilight athletics. We did running, shot put, discus, long jump and high jump. The running events was hard because my ankles don't grow as they should. Next we had discus. I haven't thrown a discus in a year. The first one I threw was 5 metres. That was my warm up. The 2nd one I threw got 16 metres. I won the discus. Next was long jump. I don't know how I went in long jump but I think I done pretty good. Next we had high jump, my favourite event. I came first in the boys class but I landed on my back pretty bad. Finally, the last event. Shot put. I came first in the shot put and it was a fun day. 2 days later. I wake up at 3 in the morning with stiff bones from athletics.
